This is easy to use and very simple. However the lag time on reading can be a little too long. And the heart rate accuracy does not match up with my HR monitor chest strap that I have. I use this for measuring my oxygen levels during certain breathing exercises and find this product, good but not quite good for what I was looking for.Pros-easy to use-comes with case-simple-inexpensiveCons-there is a lag time on measuring the oxygen (maybe 20-30s?)-heart rate does not seem to be very accurateOverall good product, just depends on what you are using it for. I would recommend it since it gets the job done and doesn’t cost much.
