The ease of use for all types of users, from beginner to expert in HRM is phenomenal! It makes even basic tasks very user friendly and intuitive. I can’t think of anything that would make this system any better than it already is. If you have not tried using persono please do so - there really isn't much more we could ask or want from an employee benefits software platform. Benefits administration has been made significantly easier by being able to easily track employees across departments through one program. This allows us as administrators to keep up with what's happening at our organization without having to constantly move between different programs. The ability to also create policies within each individual department saves time and helps ensure consistency throughout the office/companywide.
