Delamination on power and hand tools
The first workpiece had delamination problems that could not be machined. Instead of the second blank I got an LED shower head. Came back and bought another. This billet completely separated in two places during forging. This may be ok if you're just cutting out the blank, but not suitable for forging. Way back on the knife now.
