I thought it was a cheap tier at a low price and was SUPER impressed with the build quality and professional features. The two things that really stand out to me are that this is an extremely accurate and reliable machine that does very well with concrete moulds. Second, the build quality is impressive as I like being able to tighten everything and not worry about tool breakage. This is a great fully rotating stand that I highly recommend. It's hard to believe it costs less than $25. Great tool.
