So far so good with Peelers

It's easy to use. At least while it's new. I'll see what happens over time. I'm left-handed and many kitchen appliances require a left-handed tool. They are easy to use for my mother (right handed) and for me (left handed). We keep the ones we use with her separately. 3. is suitable for either/or. They work quite simply, depending on what you use them for.
