Practical in the bathroom. Press the top once, no digital settings, and this heater runs at high power for an hour and turns off automatically. You can turn it off earlier if needed by simply hitting the big button on the top 3 quick presses. A simple manual setting of High, Medium, Low with no timer is also available, although I rarely use it. Wait for the numbers to scroll to your choice, this heater will serve you well. Also, for the 1500W size, it puts out a lot of heat at altitude, and the airflow isn't set too high, which is important if you like being exposed to a thermal blast after your shower. When I'm getting ready to shower, I press the top button once and within 10-15 minutes my 8 x 10 ft bathroom heats up. There's a fuse on the cord to automatically turn off the unit if the condensate rules something out, but that's never happened to me. I've noticed that many devices on the internet are presented as intended for the bathroom but are not equipped with this safety feature.
