I would have given a five had it been easier to set up the chime with the buzzer. I picked the one I want but it still just ding dongs. Also the booklet to install it is the wrong one, so you need a drill to drill out the screw holes on the back of the hanger. Unless your using adhesive pad. which I doubt would stick out in the weather. The company did get back to me pretty fast when I asked how to hang it. But by then being a DYI I had drilled it out. But if you dont have a drill you will have to use the adhesive only and unless your really tech savvy be ready for just a ding dong instead of a melodic chime you like. Its ok overall its up and works
