Review on 🐝 Bee Paper Black Bristol Pad: A Superior Choice for Endless Creativity in 9x12 Size by Kelsey Brown

BEE PAPER CO is a heavyweight. The matte black finish looks great, a little glossy. The textured surface surprised me; this seems too rough for what I was trying to do - it's a great surface nonetheless, but I don't think I can achieve the hard edges shown on the pad cover with this textured surface (see my Work). I tested the back, which is smoother (see example) and offers more control. I used Prismacolor Deluxe Wax Crayons; maybe a pencil without wax would work better. I don't have a non-wax base but plan to try. ERASER: The Ohuhu battery-powered eraser, Pentel Click Eraser, Staetdler Plastic Eraser, Prismacolor Rubber Eraser, and Blick Art Eraser polished the surface, leaving shiny marks on the matte finish. Ohuhu was the worst polish but I used it a lot when I wanted to paint over an area. I've also successfully used a small utility knife to scrape off small patches of paint and hold the finish.
