This was my second purchase of this item. While the first order arrived intact, my second order was a surprise. When opened, the very first container was smashed with broken glass everywhere. Surprisingly, both shipping boxes were undamaged, not even dented. I've been using the containers I brought previously for 2 weeks now and they've been great so I gave this product 3 stars but having a case full of jar raises concerns about how well this product will hold up over the long term . --- 10/14/2017 Today I received a replacement for my second order which shocked me as I didn't expect any compensation for the broken container but they went their own way and sent me 3 more containers. Other containers I brought a month ago are also intact, no chips or scratches so far.
