Giving 4 stars only because it claims it dissolves easily in both oil and water, but that's not entirely true. I tested the powder in both oil and water, mixed and shaken. It mixed very easily with water and seemed very smooth and we mixed but the moment I stopped stirring or shaking the powder started to settle to the bottom and within 10 seconds it was just cloudy water with residue . Powder on the side and bottom of the glass and cup. It took a little more stirring and shaking in the oil and it seemed a little clumpier at first, but it came together really well and stayed smooth and we'll spread in the oil for some time yet. It settles a bit after a while, but that's to be expected, and it will definitely stay mixed as I work with it without having to constantly mix or shake it. Both cups had about the same amount of unmixed clumps of powder on the bottom after mixing, so I definitely recommend shaking in the bottle or glass, unless you're using a mini blender or latte frother, to good to mix.
