Review on HP V20 19.5" Diagonal Computer Monitor with Anti-Glare Coating, Tilt Adjustment, Blue Light Filter, and HD Quality at 60Hz by Carter Munk

I received this product on time. It was well packed. However, when connected, the display was poor. Not only bad, like cheap, but also completely flawed. There was no clear badge or inscription. There was no true black. Everything was a faded anthracite grey. Even the color display was fuzzy and washed out. I tried all combinations and possible settings to solve this problem. However, this was not even remotely acceptable. I thought it was defective because I've never had a monitor problem. I hooked it up to two different computers to rule out the possibility of a graphics card issue. But both have the same problem. I returned the product and received a refund for a significantly lower amount than what I paid. The seller charged me a 40% restocking fee. In what life is that even remotely reasonable? They claim that the product is fine. But let me disagree. I vowed never to buy anything from this seller again.
