I give this product a low rating because the back shelf doesn't stay screwed. You have to keep checking them and tightening the backs. Which is disappointing because they are pretty comfortable and pretty. Something is wrong with their machine process. Update: I downgraded my rating from 2 to 1 star. It happened again, the screw just fell off for the fifth time in a few weeks. This time I don't know where it happened so now the couple has just become a huge waste of my money. Very very disappointed. Don't waste your hard earned money, buy from someone else. Just ordered new ones from another manufacturer. I will never buy from these people again.
