The work we do with OTH has been very engaging and collaborative over many years now! They have helped us develop campaigns across multiple channels - print; digital & social (social being one particular strength). At every turn they are extremely responsive, professional and always deliver at 100%. I cannot recommend them enough. Nothing really as such but it would be great if their team had more UK-based resources in terms of account management so you can call/email your own colleagues within the office rather than having everything go through London HQ which does take some getting used too. But once this was sorted out then things started working much better overall! Great people who care about what they're doing, excellent customer service throughout all stages of projects including contract renewal etc. Helping brands reach customers where they live and engage in conversations around their products or services using various marketing tactics e.g. advertising, PR, events and online.
