I have seasonal depression and my energy levels and mood change very easily in low sunlight. When it reappeared this winter, I knew something had to be done. I used to have sad lights, but that was years ago, they were quite expensive (about $60) and the light was very bright. this light was incredible. I was skeptical because in terms of shape it resembles the design of ordinary non-sad lights, so I googled the company and noticed that the company does not sell this type of lights, but sells medical products, so I felt better is not only a rebrand normal light. . The 30 minute timer feature is great because I won't be keeping track of the lighting time so it does that for me. And when you're done, the warm light function becomes bright and super functional, so it can work like normal light. I obviously recommend this to anyone suffering from low winter energy.
