I recently broke my wrist. This item is fine; but, video or instructions would be nice. I tried to register my product as per the purchase insert; However, the website continued to reject my email. What you can't see in the photo is the open palm. It's an uncomfortable fit; but the heating and icing ability is very comfortable. I'm still in pain but it's helping. I wish the gel held the heat a little longer.
