Totally useless. In addition to the insulation issues mentioned by other reviewers (the entire connector is a conductor so can't touch anything) and the poorly designed cable-to-body connection (the narrow ring on the unscrewed part where the cable should connect), the Lugs are also made of aluminum coated with a very thin layer of conductive metal. In my particular case, I wanted curved lugs, which are hard to find, and instead they snapped off immediately when trying to slightly bend the lugs. It's not the manufacturer's fault, but the thin shell has been shown to separate and connect over time (spring-loaded headers cut into metal, especially soft metal, as they claim here).
