Well done. As mentioned, they don't come with instructions. It is assumed that you know how to install them. If you've never done this before, it might not be clear how to do it properly: strip the wire about 1/4 inch, thread it through the bottom of the jack, fan the stripped wire, and bend him around the edge . the base, making sure it is evenly spaced, and then screw the base into the pin section until it stops.
