I like how easy it was to set up my profile through turnoverbnb! From there, the customer support team were quick to respond every time we had any questions or issues throughout our stay in this Airbnb property. The host of this location did not have much experience running an AirBNB so they didn't provide us as many amenities (like towels) than other locations where we stayed prior to switching over from HomeAway. We would definitely recommend using TurnOver BNB because you can get great deals at your favorite restaurants while staying in different properties around town! I like that TurnoverBnB connects my guests directly with local cleaners who are vetted and insured. The process of booking a cleaner is straightforward. The communication from TurnoverBnB is very clear and detailed. I don't dislike anything about TurnoverBnB as a whole and it has been easy to use. Our turnover is around 30% higher since we started using TurnoverBnB.
