These attractive stylus pens are well made, come in a beautiful box and are very good value for money. Coming in a sturdy clear box, they make a great gift for students who have lost their pen. But at 4.5 inches, they might be an inch too short to comfortably hold in an adult's hand if you're used to a regular nib length. They are very easy to carry in the pocket with the cell phone, but can cause hand cramps with prolonged use. I've used longer 2-in-1 styluses with a ballpoint pen that slides through the stylus's rubber tip. However, ballpoint pens are of poor quality and the pin hole in the pen tip causes the tip to wear out and fail very quickly. Even a thick barrel with a large needle tip won't last long with a hole in it. There doesn't appear to be a long pen: 1) no pen hole through the tip 2) no black rubber pen tip at the top, with a pocket clip at the top. (I wish things were designed by the people who use them.)
