I bought a couple of these to try and automate my outdoor lighting and match my neighbors. They installed each other in my street lamps and waited until it was completely dark. None of them intervened. je. Whatever I try I was so frustrated because I couldn't find them locally and I had similar ones in a previous home. The good news is that this purchase paved my way into home automation and I have since switched to WeMo products and can now fully automate my lights by time, sunrise/sunset, Alexa or SMS. So the good news is that my life has improved and the bad news is that I don't use this product at all.
