I have attached 3 photos of my brand new screen protectors within seconds of them being in the package. It's possible, but unlikely, that an item with such a high overall rating could be due to the outer packaging and 'box'/product packaging. I'm at a loss. The only issue I have with both of these screen protectors is that they immediately started developing hairline cracks that just keep getting bigger over time. The first protective film of the two bags was damaged before application. I took it out of the box in preparation for installation and saw a huge crack running through it. So I decided to put it aside and try another fairly inexpensive set of 2. I took out the 2nd, carefully inspected it before installation, I did not see any cracks. (Note: the "cracks" I'm talking about are of the "hairline" type / very thin and almost invisible in the darker light. I only saw them for the first time when I looked closely, in bright light .) The 2 was crack free until it installed on my tablet about 5-10 minutes later. Then I noticed exactly the same type of very thin, surface-like crack. I had to return them but to be honest I find returning an item to be a hassle, especially one like this. I felt they didn't protect my tablet any less, they were just unsightly and annoying. In terms of the other product properties, usability/application and functionality, screen protectors are well above average. In terms of durability, they work well. until now (about a month from the date of purchase) even with cracks. They were very easy to apply and even a layman could easily attach the protective films. No bubbles or dust will remain underneath and the cutout is perfect for the device it was designed for. They look and feel like great quality (minus the rips). easy. but also easy to clean.
