I like that we can post jobs with multiple categories (i'm not just limited by job title), which is helpful for getting qualified applicants who have experience in different areas of our business! It's also very easy/quickly set up new positions or changes within existing ones - no need go through several steps each time you want something changed!! Sometimes it takes longer then expected when adding candidates into your database after they've applied online but this has been fixed over recent months so hopefully things will continue improving here too.

Nothing really at all right now; maybe if there were some additional training offered? This service allows us access from anywhere without needing anyone else present during normal working hours.
