It arrived and was obviously brand new. It looked great. Plugged it in and it just doesn't work. (By the way, they're not that hard to install.) I went to a Ford dealership and paid more than double for a hideous looking "reconditioned" one, but at least this one worked. I hope you have luck with this. I am giving it three stars because they received the RMA quickly and refunded my money and because it really looked like a quality product. Maybe it was just a bad diode or something.
