Have not installed yet; unboxed to check function. First, they work. Second, they throw an astounding amount of pure clean 5,000k daylight white light. Perfect for working on wiring harnesses where you need to tell the difference between orange and red &c. They are extremely thin. They will fit under a garage door when flush mounted and the door is rolled open. They are extremely light. No need for 1/2" toggle bolt fasteners or finding the joists to screw in a 2" lag screw to hold the chains; these will darn near go up with scotch tape. (not really - do use a drywall fastener). Just a quick comparison to my T-8 fluorescent shop lights, they are a quarter of the weight.Excellent packaging and shipping; well protected on the ends, no damage. Arrived 4 hours before scheduled. No complaints there.I Will update once I give them a week or so to burn-in. (They are made in China and have capacitors, so we'll see how well those last.)
