Had to drill an extra hole for my 15hh short neck Arabian. He couldn't find a horse-sized butt anywhere, and anything horse-sized was always MUCH big to him; It works out. OK. He has a bad habit of jumping headfirst to snatch the reins out of a beginner's hands, and he doesn't try this one, so it's good, but it's still too short; I really wish the straps were a little longer for a more versatile fit, and not just the pony or cob sized version.
