Dealer wants $400 you can fix you cheap with basic tools
I really hope this helps someone. I have a 2004 Prius. To replace the ballast you don't need to disassemble the headlight. Remove some of the plastic and you can put a new one in. Simplify your task and cut off the old connector. You don't need to rip out the old one. I also recommend changing the lightbulb while you're at it. $20 now will save you a headache later. World
