I watched IBAISAIC's YouTube channel. He's an Englishman showing vacuum cleaners - look. As I watched him prepare to clean, it was fall cleaning time and hot as it was, I decided to order a whole bunch of Swiffers at once. Since I have them all at once, I can compare them in real time instead of relying on memory. Anyway, these sturdy Swiffers look like the factory machine made a mistake. They have a regular texture with fluff clinging to the fabric. These fluffy bits pick up more dust, but mostly dirt - the fabric was almost black, not the usual grey. They also glide across the floor much more easily. Small, very small, fuzzy bits come off, but they're so small that I could feel the sand here and there as I wiped, but I only saw a tiny bit. It didn't bother me, but I saw how it would bother some people. These people might want to go through it again with a flat wipe, even an X. I still think they benefit more if they use heavy wipes first, even if it's just once or twice a week. I haven't wiped them off yet. the regular ones are the same price so I'll be using the regular ones more often and using these intermittently. But if I had pets it would probably be the other way around.
