There was a poor selection of clothing, and the materials and craftsmanship were of poor quality. Their selection of shoes was lacking in variety and had bad fitting. The jewelry options were disappointing, with gaudy designs that were out of style. And as for their unique goods, look elsewhere and save your money. The website was challenging to use, and the customer service staff did not address my issues. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-end fashion finds to visit Senchanting. Rely on reputable companies and merchants who honor their commitments.
