Good scribe, Magnet can get annoying

I bought this for my Jewelry class and it works great for marking stuff to saw. When trying to store it in the tool box the magnet likes to pick everything up with it. Normally I like magnets but for this application it kind of sucks. I used my torch to release the loc tight and removed it easy enough.

Pros

Got it to scribe a message on black painted knives. Works well, easy to use!

Cons

The clip may scratch or damage delicate surfaces, such as glass or ceramics
