Review on 5 Quart Red MegaChef Round Enamel Cast Iron Casserole with Lid by Samuel Browning

What I didn't like is that the product description doesn't say if they can boil water. There is no definition of "high temperature". I tried boiling water in a pot, tried calling Revain support an hour later and luckily the water boiled at a lower temperature. Time will tell if the lower temperature was low enough to damage the pot. My main complaint was with Revain. They hire people who hardly speak English and it's impossible to explain anything to someone who doesn't speak English. No, I don't speak the same language; I speak four languages, so I'm aware of the difficulties involved. Bottom Line: Hire people who actually speak multiple languages.
