NOT A PERFECT REPLACEMENT
oil pan seems ok. The screw holes are the same, the shape is the same as the replacement. HOWEVER, THE THREAD ON THE DRAIN PLUG IS DIFFERENT THAN THE THREAD ON MY 1994 Mercruiser 350 ski boat engine. These threads are metric so I had to buy a new drain hose kit so 3 stars instead of 5.
