Review on πŸ’§ Convenient and Efficient TDRFORCE Portable Water Dispenser Filter Pump System for Home, Office, and More! by Joshua Gaines

Affordable alternative

I have used these systems in many settings, both commercial and residential. I used to curse competing systems (mainly FloJet), but many of these systems failed after a year or two of normal or even moderate use. Most of them fail when the float switch fails or sticks and the pump won't shut off when empty (resulting in it becoming air bound and the motor failing). This is particularly a problem with dual cylinder systems. This version of the TDRFORCE is the first single tank system I've come across with enough psi for long distance installs and higher head/altitude. Her only wish is that she have spare or additional valve options to accommodate installations with slightly different pipe sizes. However, for most people installing a new app, this isn't a problem. For me, going to the hardware store to buy an adapter helped. Doesn't qualify as it's well documented on the pump, but as a side note you MUST turn off the main unit to switch bottles. This hasn't happened with some other devices I've used and it caused some confusion at first as changing the bottle while the device was on causes the device to stop working. I've found that removing the outlet hose, pumping a small amount of water into a cup or towel and reattaching the hose fixes the device in this case.

  • Kitchen and bathroom plumbing
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
