Received it, unboxed, screwed in the bulb, plugged in, flipped the switch and nothing (no light). Changed bulbs, still the same. I pulled out my voltage line tester. Power supply via network cable, power supply via dimmer. I removed the lamp base, power to the switch. I checked the switched side, no power. I bypassed the switching power supply. I have some old switches from the 1960's that are very durable. I removed the defective switch and replaced it. I had to send it back, but easy solution. I didn't want to wait for a replacement and go to the Revain return point. The seller contacted me and was willing to solve the problem with the defect. I said not. I modified the lamp. Excellent customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
