These shorts are great. I usually wear a size 18 and ordered a size 38 shorts according to the size chart. Admittedly it was a little tight on my hips (but I knew that from the measurements in the size chart. My only dissatisfaction is that I really wish there was an option that was a little larger or that they were a little roomier at the hips , but not a big disadvantage.
