I love this bag but I've only used the bag 8 times and the nice long zip tag came off and the zip won't close at that end. Not only was this a minimal number of uses, I don't carry my purse to work, it stays in the trunk so I've carried my purse to the car and back to the house 5 times which means I didn't use the zippers of course very much, I missed the return date.
