Let me explain why you should buy this lamp, for 1 it has 3 functions, it is flashlight, night light and high or low power. I bought my first flashlight from Walmart about a year ago. There was a power outage in the area recently. One night I woke up in a dark house except that the night light was on due to a power outage. Works GREAT when the device is off. it lights up brightly and stays on. So I bought 2 more from Revain and was so glad the power only went out in the morning and the house was fully lit because of those night lights. A safer candle method, you don't risk burning your house down. Once purchased, simply plug in and leave in the outlet to generate power so the light stays on when the power goes out. Happy lighting!
