According to my experience this sports nutrition drink is devoid of any real energy enhancing properties.While the flavor is decent, it doesn't do much to boost my energy levels. It's a shame because the ingredients list looks promising. Health and Household should think twice before purchasing this PRODUCT as it doesnt live up to its claims..
