These sturdy and well-made legs are made in the USA. I'm a carpenter and used these folding legs on a cutting table I built. If you don't know what it is, it's basically a grid of planks around the edge. I used pine boards 1x4. It is used instead of goats for cutting plywood and other sheet metal products. Unlike the portal, the mesh fully supports the plywood when you cut it with a circular saw. You set the blade about 1/8 inch lower than the thickness of the plywood, so cut into the table a bit. The open grate leaves space for staples and allows sawdust to pass through. The cut piece stays on the table instead of falling to the floor. My editing table turned out great. When not in use, I fold up the legs and hang it from the ceiling. I'll try to remember to take some photos next time I use it.
