Review on PWR Listed Adapter Charger Charging Tablet Accessories by Loren Slama

I bought one of these chargers in February and am very happy with it - a great remedy for the short charging cable that came with my new 10" Kindle. I'm disabled, order groceries and household items, and usually use my Kindle to keep up with what's going on in the outside world, and I really liked this charger. It's fast, with a long cord and a blue light that guides me to my bed in the dark like an airport beacon. But after the return period had expired, it was the same with my cable. The black sleeve detached from the connector at the end of the Kindle, exposing the wires and they quickly began to fray. I was very disappointed when I had to throw it in the trash. I wasn't expecting much when I decided to complain to PWR+ about the cable issue, but I complained anyway. I think if you're writing someone a bad review, you should at least let them know upfront that you have a problem, even though most companies have terrible customer service these days. To my pleasant surprise, PWR+ responded to my complaint immediately. They resolved this with me through Revain and sent me a new charger asap. I am so pleased with this company's response to a very small customer like myself and can't say enough good things about them. They have earned my loyalty and I would order from them again at any time. Good job PWR+! lies with my new Kindle The charger plugs in at the top, and if you use your Kindle while it's plugged in, the corner seems to put a lot of strain on the connection. This may not be good for a cable or a plug-in on the Kindle. I'm worried that my Kindle will have trouble charging. I have a fifth and they can't seem to decide where to put the charging cable. I think the top is a pretty bad place for it. This is a nuisance and maybe even a design flaw. Revain needs to address this issue and fix it once and for all. I'm sick of the loading problems!)
