First, it's a spray fan, not an air conditioner. I knew that beforehand, so my expectations aren't that high. I used to have a hand sprayer. It was practical, but I wanted something more that reminded me of that "portable air conditioner". Honestly, this thing isn't going to cool the room. It's like on a hot day, you splash water on your face and lie down. When you feel the breeze of an ordinary fan, it's really nice. At least a minute or two for the water to dry. This is where a spray fan comes into play. It will continue to emit mist for several hours before you need to refill it. Also, it's mostly for the person who needs to be within 6 inches or less of the sprayer to actually notice it. This portable fridge is great. I love his design concept. It's small, thin and doesn't take up much space.
