Review on Cable Master Compatible Subaru 1997 1999 by Mike Vargas

Definitely not as thick as the previous set in my 1999 Subaru Outback as they fit loosely in the holders where the previous ones were tight. It was a good price though and I'd like to think that with advances in technology they don't need to be as thick as they used to be and still be within specs. These wires in combination with the new connectors work great. I had to return another set which although marked as 'suitable' clearly wasn't. The trick to installing them on a Subaru boxer engine that I figured out is to press them against the connectors under the car. Of course, be careful when lifting the vehicle.
