Review on 💧 Efficient UV Sterilizing Pump - AquaTop SP7UV: A Must-Have for Pure Water by Shauna Bishop

Most of these UV sterilizers seem to have problems with the frequently leaking bulb. I've never gone that far. The instructions say to disassemble the UV lamp and check the operation. I got a slight glow when I first tried it, but that was it. After a quick call to AquaTop (the phone number wasn't in the documentation, I had to surf the internet) they offered to check that the pear was seated correctly. I did that, but now it didn't work at all. I called again and they let me check the power supply as I have some technical knowledge. No, it looks like it was a lightbulb. Now they said the bulbs were out of warranty but since they were brand new they will. This included sending a photo of the broken bulb, getting an RMA, speaking to someone else, etc. I ended up asking how long it would take. If I got my hands on a new lightbulb in a week, I'd be very surprised. Anyway, I give them two stars for really trying to make it work. Also, every time I called someone answered the phone. In the end I decided to send it back to Revain and then reordered another model that will be in my aquarium in two days.
