The ease of use allows me to get started quickly without needing any additional training or support from my colleagues in other countries; I can focus all 100% on solving our problems rather than being distracted by paperwork. In order for us as users not only be able to see everything that is going through Progress but also have access control over what we are seeing it helps ensure no information goes missing between departments/users. This gives full visibility into how work gets done within your organisation so you know who's doing things properly! It has been great having an easy-to-use interface - nothing too complex about getting used to using this software compared with some others out there! There isn't much at present which could improve the product further however their customer service team do always respond very effectively when anything does go wrong (which doesn’t happen often!)
