The expectations were justified but the guide needs improvement
I have been using digital locks for more than 5 years. I got this product because ADA now requires lever grips and good reviews. Installation wasn't difficult but I would like the manufacturer to show that the back of the lock can be installed face down or face up. I have a deadbolt on the doorknob. The inside of the Signstek lock could not be installed vertically because the bolt was in the way. I was able to install the inner part down and avoid conflicts. It would be nice if the manufacturer stated this in the instructions.
