These are poorly designed ice trays. You have to slide each cube from below one by one. It is impossible to twist so that they all fall out together. Even if you are careful not to overfill each tray and then cover each tray with a lid, as the ice expands it will seep onto the freezer shelf. Since it has three rows, it also takes forever to freeze the entire tray. What a mess of a product! Also, each cube is so small that you have to use a lot more than regular ice cubes in each glass.
