These are poorly designed ice trays. You have to slide each cube from below one by one. It is impossible to twist so that they all fall out together. Even if you are careful not to overfill each tray and then cover each tray with a lid, as the ice expands it will seep onto the freezer shelf. Since it has three rows, it also takes forever to freeze the entire tray. What a mess of a product! Also, each cube is so small that you have to use a lot more than regular ice cubes in each glass.

Throw away those plastic ice cube trays that make it difficult for you to freeze your fingers when trying to get ice. These silicone bowls are much easier to use! Simply flip them over without twisting or deforming the tray as a whole. I just take the lid off, turn the tray upside down and press my fingers on the bottom of each ice cube. They make good sized dice (as expected) but as many other reviewers have pointed out they require a TON of hand strength to pop the dice.
