This is a very tasty protein powder with a really good chocolate flavor. It has no cardboard notes and mixes well with milk without much effort. It's not very sticky. You can mostly dissolve it by stirring it with a spoon for a while. Shaking in the shaker will do the job better, although some may stick to the shaker. The blender gives you something like a chocolate milkshake flavor. The main sweetener is monk fruit and contains some stevia, but the stevia doesn't give it a bad taste at all. It contains 15 grams of protein to fuel your body before or after your workout. It's expensive, but not overly so. Overall, this is one of the best protein shakes I've had in a while. It tastes good, mixes well and is high in protein. The cost is a bit steep, but it's definitely worth paying a little more for a quality protein shake like this. Now it costs $60. If it were a little smaller I would give 5 stars.
