Flexible but no heel support!
The shoes were good for the thickness of the sole, excellent flexibility. BUT! The heel has NO hard "counter material" that keeps the back of the shoe rounded and raised at the back. That means when you take a step, the impact of the heel pulls the material of the back of the shoe under your foot.

- I love her. They are so light and comfortable
Cons
- Not suitable for high-intensity training sessions such as CrossFit or weight lifting.
