Review on General Tools Heavy Revolving 73 by Robert Worlds

Excellent product. Should have bought 20 years ago. I do not know what the complainants mean. Mine cuts very cleanly with a nice clicking sound as it pierces the skin. I use it for belts. Looks just as good as the original holes and just as good as a cobbler. The edges of the stamp should be fairly sharp. I have 12 dollars. Maybe with cheaper problems more. A tip: experiment with the area that is hidden. The holes are smaller than I thought this setting would make. I had to resize the stamp twice before it found a size that fit the existing holes.
