Intuitive Interface Makes Working Efficient

I like how organized it's interface is which makes working efficiently at work really easy! There just so much to figure out when you first get started but I am getting used to it now! Nothing really. Maybe there could be an improved voice chat feature? It's not as good of communication compared to other software in this market. I'm sure more features will come eventually. This is a great tool for taking orders and giving updates for customers to restaurants while they are not physically at work by helping call center agents with their work. I like how easy it was for my team members who do not have experience in call center management or even customer service really get up speed quickly using this software as well has being able of providing real time support! Sometimes when we are busy there will be some lags but overall so far everything seems good!! Nothing yet i can think off at least right now..
